Shipping and delivery

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when it’s been dispatched.

Shipping Options

We currently ship across the UK via Royal Mail. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days once dispatched.

Shipping Fees

Postage costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

Local Collection

Where available, local collection (SN7 8) can be arranged — please contact us directly to organise a suitable time.

International Orders

If you’re outside the UK, please get in touch before ordering so we can confirm postage costs and estimated delivery times.

Delays

Occasionally, postal delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., strikes, weather, customs). We’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please email [email protected] with your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
